OMG. I had just went to the Track and Field practice and I had SURVIVED! YOU CANNOT BELIEVE WHAT WE ALL DID AND I SURVIVED. LUCKILY I WAS THE ONE WHO WENT INSTEAD OF EK HWEE. IF EK HWEE HAD WENT, I THINK SHE WOULD HAVE FAINTED. You know what we did for warm-up? NOT THE USUAL STRETCH YOUR NECK KIND. IT WAS JOGGING NON-STOP 50M FOR 5 WHOLE TIMES! Then, we stretched. Boy, STRECHING WAS EVEN WORSE! I HAD TO BEAR THE PAIN OF LIKE GOING THROUGH PREGNANCY DURING 4 DIFFERENT TYPES OF STRETCHING. Wanna know more about the stretching? Ask me at school and I will force you to demo to yourself. Then, the worse part. RUNNING FAST 150M NON-STOP FOR 5 TIMES! Bleargh! I was the last of my group man. Better train hard. I AM THE FIRST RUNNER FOR 4X100M NATIONALS. I DIE LIAO LAH... DISTANCED COVERED IN LESS THAN 2 HOURS:1KM
